He relishes the challenge of improving the way organizations work and also has experience in business set-up, governance & compliance, business practice development & program management.

As an Operations/Program Manager, he has delivered digital services to several Fortune 500 clients and led multiple engagements on ML & AI enablement (video, audio, image, text etc) and online proctoring services. He has experience in leading Data Management COE with focus on devising eCommerce solutions for B2B/Retailers along with core expertise in complex process transitions, operations set-up, process excellence and solution consulting.

Zaynul is the Head of Customer Operations and Shared Services Management at EnFuse. He has a proven track record of setting up operations and shared services for more than 20 contact centre operations (inbound and outbound) right from the ground up. With significant experience across customer service, contact centre, and CRM domains, he also delivered exceptional SLA performances through effective strategy and execution through broad cross-functional team inclusion, engagement, alignment, and accountability. He played a key role in the WFH transition of all EnFuse employees during the lockdown in a record time without any impact on the service delivery that has astonished all clients.

He has led multiple on-shore consulting projects in product data preparation on re-platforming and taxonomy revamp for Fortune 500 clients. He has also led multiple engagements on ML & AI enablement (video, audio, image, text etc) and online proctoring services. He specializes in managing customers across retail, DIY, maintenance repairs & operations, hi-tech retail, pets products, and beauty products industries. He also completed multiple Six Sigma projects on online product improvements, one of which was awarded as a runner-up at QIMPRO Quality Convention 2017.
