A highly accomplished individual, Rahul has a wealth of experience across logistics, contact centre, and ITeS operations. Prior to co-founding EnFuse, he was a CEO at Global e-Services Pvt. Ltd heading business operations with more than 300 employees. He has excellent awareness and exposure of international business & economies and devotes significant time & energy maintaining prolonged client engagement life cycle & great client perceptions through his outstanding client relation management & interpersonal skills. He relishes the challenge of improving the way organizations work and also has experience in business set-up, governance & compliance, business practice development & program management.

For over a decade, Imran has worked closely with marketing managers, merchandisers, and the operational team in defining & implementing efficient operational processes. As an Operations/Program Manager, he has delivered digital services to several Fortune 500 clients and led multiple engagements on ML & AI enablement (video, audio, image, text etc) and online proctoring services. He has experience in leading Data Management COE with focus on devising eCommerce solutions for B2B/Retailers along with core expertise in complex process transitions, operations set-up, process excellence and solution consulting.

Zaynul is the Head of Customer Operations and Shared Services Management at EnFuse. He has a proven track record of setting up operations and shared services for more than 20 contact centre operations (inbound and outbound) right from the ground up. With significant experience across customer service, contact centre, and CRM domains, he also delivered exceptional SLA performances through effective strategy and execution through broad cross-functional team inclusion, engagement, alignment, and accountability. He played a key role in the WFH transition of all EnFuse employees during the lockdown in a record time without any impact on the service delivery that has astonished all clients.

With an academic background in Information Management (MBA), Kamran has over 15 years of experience in Operations/Program Management across Enterprise Data, Stores, B2B integrations, and Sales/Order Reporting. He has led multiple on-shore consulting projects in product data preparation on re-platforming and taxonomy revamp for Fortune 500 clients. He has also led multiple engagements on ML & AI enablement (video, audio, image, text etc) and online proctoring services. He specializes in managing customers across retail, DIY, maintenance repairs & operations, hi-tech retail, pets products, and beauty products industries. He also completed multiple Six Sigma projects on online product improvements, one of which was awarded as a runner-up at QIMPRO Quality Convention 2017.

Mark leads the Sales and Customer Success disciplines for EnFuse Solutions in the Americas based in our North American headquarters in Chicago. He has helped to sustainably grow providers of professional and managed services in client-facing leadership roles for over 25 years. Leveraging his extensive experience directing global cross-functional teams to help clients succeed by successfully aligning solutions with their strategic imperatives, he will be driving the acquisition, retention, and growth of our clients across all digital services.

Helen leads the Sales Strategy and Client Engagement vertical for EnFuse Solutions based in Central Texas.  She has developed and led successful global operations teams within the technology industry for over 25 years.  Her expertise in both client and vendor management will be leveraged to drive our strategic account management and business development initiatives.
